1. Knife gate valve pressure hole leakage

2. Knife gate valve body connection leaks

Stainless steel knife gate valve body and cover is usually used to connect the flange, if the connection is unevenly fastened or not tight enough, there will be leakage, it is recommended that the flange is used to connect and use the diagonal fastening method, the quality of the gasket at the connection should also pass.

3. Leakage of packing

If the medium in the pipeline has corrosion or temperature, pressure will affect the knife gate valve packing, which is the main reason for the leakage of the packing, so the packing should be selected according to the medium in the pipeline.
